The Fine Print: Travel and Reservation Policies RESERVATIONS: A nonrefundable deposit of 25% is required at time of booking. Final Payment is due at least 75 days prior to departure. Charges on credit cards will be from Sports Empire, the parent company of ACV.

PACKAGE PRICE: Land portion of the program includes all features listed in the confirmation. No person may occupy accommodations held by Sports Empire, Inc. unless that person has prepaid for said accommodations. Rollaways are subject to an extra charge paid directly to the hotel. No refund is made for unused package features. Personal expenses such as phone calls, room service, alcoholic and bar beverages, laundry and incidental expenses are not included. Smoking on motorcoaches is prohibited. *Car rentals may not include state/local/airport/add driver/child safety seat/refueling surcharges/fees, LDW, ALI, PAI or PEP. RESPONSIBILITY: Sports Empire, Inc. (SEI) and Authentic California Vacations (ACV) are not responsible for any delays of transportation which may cause package members to miss any events of the package. The suppliers who are providing services are independent contractors and are not principals, agents, employees, master, servants, representative, partners or joint ventures of SEI or ACV. SEI or ACV assume no responsibility nor any liability in connection with the service of any of these suppliers including train, vessel, carriage, aircraft or other conveyance or hotel which is used, either wholly or in part in the performance of its duty to the passengers, neither will they be responsible for any act, error or omission or for any injury, loss, accident, delay, irregularity or expense arising from strikes, war, weather, quarantines, sickness, government restrictions or regulations, Act of God, or any other reason whatsoever. Weather conditions may affect your travel to and from an event. If you are unable to arrive in a timely fashion due to weather - there are no refunds allowed. If an event is cancelled in its entirety due to weather, any/all refunds will be in accordance with the rules and regulations of the venue and/or team affiliated and all refund criteria provided will be followed by this office for the face value of the tickets purchased. In case any event is postponed due to inclement weather or other factors beyond our control, no refunds will be made and participants will be responsible for alternate accommodations and/or travel arrangements. Additional expenses or fare revisions, if any, shall be borne by the passengers, conversely, refund will be made to the passengers if any saving is effected thereby. SEI an ACV reserves the right to terminate the event participation of any person who is abusive of others or whose behavior disrupts the operation of the package. SEI and ACV cannot provide individual assistance to guests for wheelchairs, walking, dining or other personal needs. Any condition or disability requiring special attention must be reported to SEI and ACV at time of booking and we will advise hotels of any special requests but they cannot be guaranteed. Persons needing such assistance must be accompanied by an able companion who will assist them provided they pay the package costs. Credit card payments: Program participant agrees not to charge back any bank charges against his/her credit card for products and services rendered by SEI and ACV and received by program participant. SEI and ACV reserves the right to apply a $50 (or higher) charge for a disputed chargeback resolved in SEI or ACV favor. This is the amount SEI and ACV is charged by the credit card processing company to research any charge backs. Any disputes and discrepancies must be made in writing within 30 days of conclusion of event. Further, any claims that may arise must be filed in Los Angeles County, California exclusively. The right is reserved to substitute hotels, and alter the itinerary or reverse the places to be visited. The right is reserved to cancel the package any time prior to departure. If any package must be withdrawn prior to the passengers joining the package, SEI and ACV liability is limited to a refund of monies received by SEI and ACV. Payment of deposit or full payment shall constitute consent to all provisions stated herein.
